I decided to get more involved in Progress for a number of reasons really, why wouldn't I live there a better understanding of things which I definitely have got by doing this seeing faces behind who you're speaking to and it's interesting. Tenants Voice Group is what used to be called the scrutiny panel we look at everything, that goes on in Progress and we'll pick them so we might look out documents so that we go through it, look through it and see if they could be what you're doing well what you're not doing well.
