I was 54 when I ended up getting divorced, and although I'd previously had houses of my own and mortgages of my own, I ended up renting for a year. I'd never rented in my life and didn't want to continue to rent for the rest of my life. Hence, I wanted to have something of my own I've. Got I'm mad about gardening, passionate about flowers and gardening. Hence why, I wanted to have somewhere to call my own to dig up and put flowers in. So I ended up looking on the various search sites, looking at the shared ownership properties on a few further developments and ended up here in the one at the lovely golf course. I called up Progress and the process was quick and simple. I love my new home.
