"Since coming from Progress Futures, I first went into lifeline as a volunteer; then, I found a glitch in the system, and I wrote a procedure based on it, which allowed me to get a job with
the agency for a year. After that, I went into supported living for a further three years. The role in supporting living I've been doing is supporting living assistant housing assistance. My proudest moment would be winning the award at NWEG."
