"I learned from the project search program at Runshaw college. I wanted to get involved in the experience and to see what it was like I've learned social skills, I.T skills and practical skills. You get on with the work you like to do, and they provide you with different opportunities. They make you feel so welcome; well, I've enrolled on this job, and I've taken part in this job, and I'd like to stay in it because it's an excellent job to have in senior property services."
